We started by spending hundreds of hours inside real studios — shadowing designers through client meetings, watching owners juggle WhatsApp groups at midnight, and seeing quotes get lost in email threads. The pattern was clear: talented designers were drowning in operations.
So we built Open Maison — an AI-native studio OS that handles the operational complexity so designers can focus on design. From lead capture to project handover, from quote digitisation to AI-assisted client meetings, every feature exists because a real studio needed it.
